How many people are in each session?
Each session is designed for 2-5 participants, allowing for more individualized attention and a tailored fitness experience.

How long do sessions last?
All sessions are 45 minutes, featuring a structured warm-up, a focused workout, and a dynamic finish to keep you engaged and progressing.

What membership options are available?
We offer two membership plans: one for attending two sessions per week and another for three sessions per week.

Do you offer flexible membership terms?
Yes, we do! We have a month-to-month option, and during summer, a $29/month hold-your-spot fee secures your membership rate and spot. Plus, you’ll receive a complimentary month when you pay for the year in advance.

Is childcare available?
Currently, we do not offer childcare at our Woodcliff Lake, NJ location.

Can I try a class for free?
Absolutely! You can sign up for a free class after completing an initial assessment.

Is a heart rate monitor needed?
Yes, to ensure safety and track performance, we require the use of a MyZone heart rate monitor, which can be purchased separately.

What equipment do you use in classes?
We incorporate a range of equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbells, and bodyweight exercises for a varied and effective workout.

What should I do if I have an injury?
We encourage all new members with any injuries to schedule a complimentary Total Body Analysis with our physio team. This allows us to assess your needs and determine the best approach for your fitness journey.

Will I get too muscular if I focus on strength?
Not at all! Unless you have unique genetics and are consuming excessive calories, focusing on strength will help you tone and slim down, not bulk up. You’ll gain strength and feel great doing it!

What are the class times?
Our Woodcliff Lake, NJ location offers classes from 5:30 AM to 10:30 AM, Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays from 7 AM to 10 AM. We plan to add evening classes in the near future!Do you offer nutrition guidance?
We provide general nutrition tips and can connect you with one of our partner registered dietitians if you need more specific, customized advice.
